You are welcomed to place cake/treat orders with us!
Ordering Process
1) Send in your order to us via sweettreatsbyjoanna@gmail.com.
2) Sending in your order does not mean that orders are confirmed/we are taking in your order.
3) Please send in your order at least 3 weeks in advance so we have time to get back to you.
4) When the order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice with the payment details.
5) You have to make the payment first through POSB/DBS bank transfer and email us with your payment details. You make use iBanking or ATM transfer (Receipt required for ATM transfer.)
6) We will then send you an email to finalize your order.
P/S: We only take orders within Singapore and you may self-collect the cake or we will deliver it to you at a delivery charge depending on location.
